How to Update Your Card on File
Keeping your payment information up to date is quick and easy inside Italy Pro Network.
To update your card:
- Log in to your account using the email and password you signed up with
- Click on My Account in the top right corner
- Select Billing from the menu
- Locate your saved payment method
- Update your card details and save your changes
Your new payment method will apply to future billing automatically.

How to Cancel Your Membership
We understand that seasons change and you are always in control of your membership.
If you decide to cancel, you can do so anytime directly inside your membership account by following the steps below.
Step-by-Step Cancellation Instructions:
- Log in to your account
Use the same login page and email you originally used to access Alchemy. - Navigate to your My Account page.
Click My Account in the top right corner. - Locate My Memberships
You’ll see a list of your current subscriptions and at the bottom there is the Cancel link. - Click Cancel
Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm your cancellation. - Check for Confirmation
You’ll see a confirmation message on screen and receive an email confirming your subscription will not renew.
Important Things to Know
- Your access continues through the end of your current billing cycle
- Cancelling stops future payments but does not remove access immediately
- No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing cycle
- You are always welcome to re-join in the future at the current membership rate available
