Welcome to Italy Pro Network, a monthly digital membership by Alexandrina Calderon (“Company,” “we,” “our,” “us”). By enrolling in Italy Pro Network (“Membership,” “Program”), you (“Member,” “you,” “your”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read carefully — these terms form a binding agreement between you and the Company.
1. Membership Overview
Italy Pro Network is a month-to-month digital membership offering educational and professional resources designed specifically for travel advisors who specialize in or want to confidently sell Italy. This includes but is not limited to: Region Mapping, Italy Travel Foundations, Tourism Boards + Training Resources, Regional Travel Insights, Planning Your Italy Trip, Itinerary Building Tools, Marketing + Sales Tools, Accommodations, Partner Directory, Seasonal Planning Center, Tools + Templates, and Image Library. The specific inclusions are subject to change or expansion at any time at the Company’s discretion.
2. Payment Terms
2.1 Recurring Payments
By joining Italy Pro Network, you authorize the Company to charge your chosen payment method on a monthly recurring basis until you cancel. Payments will continue automatically unless you cancel at least 72 hours before your next billing date.
2.2 Failed Payments & Access Suspension
If your payment fails, access to the Membership will be immediately revoked — including all digital content, resources, and tools. Access will be reinstated as soon as the payment is successfully processed.
2.3 No Refunds
All sales are final. No refunds, transfers, or credits will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind or financial situation
- Failure to cancel before the next billing cycle
- Partial use of or lack of access to membership resources
- Dissatisfaction with content or perceived value
By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree that you are responsible for full payment regardless of usage or results.
3. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your Membership at any time by logging into your account or contacting our support team at hello@alexandrinacalderon.com.
Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will retain access to all membership resources until your current month expires. There are no prorated refunds for unused time.
If you wish to rejoin after canceling, you will need to re-enroll at the current public rate, which may be higher than your original rate.
4. Intellectual Property
All materials, resources, guides, templates, images, tools, and content inside Italy Pro Network are the sole property of Alexandrina Calderon and are protected by copyright law. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for your own professional use only.
You may not:
- Share, distribute, resell, or replicate any content in any form.
- Use the materials within your own programs, courses, or client-facing products.
- Reproduce or share proprietary frameworks, tools, or branded content without written permission.
- Screenshot, download, or redistribute any portion of the membership for use outside your own individual travel advisory practice.
Violation of this clause may result in immediate cancellation of your Membership without refund and potential legal action.
5. Acceptable Use
By accessing Italy Pro Network, you agree to use the membership resources responsibly and solely for your own professional travel advisory business. You agree to:
- Use the resources ethically and in accordance with applicable laws.
- Refrain from attempting to access, copy, or extract membership content beyond your authorized access.
- Respect the intellectual property and proprietary nature of all materials provided.
The Company reserves the right to revoke access from any member found to be in violation of these standards — without refund.
6. Disclaimers
6.1 Educational Purpose Only
Italy Pro Network is for educational and informational purposes only. The resources provided are intended to support your professional development as a travel advisor. Nothing within the Membership constitutes financial, legal, or business advice.
6.2 No Guarantees
While we provide curated, professional-grade resources, we cannot guarantee specific business results or outcomes. Your success as a travel advisor depends on your own implementation, effort, and individual circumstances.
6.3 Content Accuracy
While we strive to keep all resources current and accurate, destination information, supplier details, and travel logistics are subject to change. It is the Member’s responsibility to verify the accuracy of any information before use with clients.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company, its officers, and affiliates shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Membership.
- Any temporary or permanent inability to access digital content or resources.
- Any financial or professional outcomes related to the use of Membership materials.
- Any inaccuracies in destination, supplier, or travel-related content provided within the Membership.
Your exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction is to cancel your membership.
8. Confidentiality & Proprietary Content
All content within Italy Pro Network is proprietary and confidential. You agree not to share, disclose, reproduce, or distribute any materials, tools, frameworks, or resources provided within the Membership to any third party, whether for personal, commercial, or educational purposes.
9. Modification of Terms
The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions or the Membership structure at any time. Updated terms will be posted on the official website, and continued participation constitutes acceptance of the changes.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of the State of Florida.
11. Acknowledgment
By joining Italy Pro Network, you confirm that:
- You have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
- You are of legal age and authorized to enter into this agreement.
- You accept full responsibility for your decisions, payments, and use of the Membership.
